Focusing on the money too much? Why making money in the first 6 months of blogging doesn’t matter

Feel like sometimes you’re just chasing that first dollar?

Watching your adsense tick up in increments of a few cents over months is painful, but that’s exactly what a lot of new bloggers are doing according to Caleb over at Think Traffic.

You’re much better off focusing on writing epic content and building relationships with your readers and other bloggers than covering your blog in adsense ads.

Once you have traffic and an audience, then approach the monetization thing again. It can really work for bloggers, but maybe you shouldn’t try it too early on in the piece is the motto of this article.
